He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Sullivan and Henrietta Sullivan (Pigott); and his siblings, Bob, Mike Sullivan and Kathleen Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Sullivan (James); his daughter Stacey Miller; his son-in-law Shayne Miller; his granddaughter Savanna Miller; his niece Megan Robie; his brother John Sullivan; his sister-in-law Ellen Sullivan; his siblings, Bill Sullivan and Peggy Sullivan; and his brother-in-law Steve Boughton.
