It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna C. Groff-Kurtz (Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania), born in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 8, 2025, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Judith A. Groff (Riley). She is survived by: her father Donald R. Groff; her husband Samuel Kurtz III; her son Tyler Groff (Allison); and her siblings, Samuel Kurtz IV (Jonathan Kurtz), Steven Groff, Andrew Groff, Jessica DiFuria (Anthony DiFuria), Barbara Groff and Cynthia Willauer (Groff).

Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Lukes Fellowship Church (200 W Main St, Trappe, PA 19426). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.

“Dearest Don and family I am so sad to learn of the passing of Donna. I have many memories of all of you growing up at Sacred Heart School. I am sorry that I can’t make the service on Friday but will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers! Barbara Nelson and Family”
