Cothard (Donald), Sharon Polukis (Robert) and Andrea Shollenberger (James); her nephew Greg Bechtel (Jane); her godchildren, Bradley S. Egolf (Marianne) and Melanie Glick; her caregivers, Kelli A. Brown (Daniel) and Kristi A. Gilbert (Scott); her friends, Roger and Renee Thomas; and her caregiver Kathleen Simmons.
