She was predeceased by: her spouse Donald Henninger; her sons, Raymond "Pete" Smith and David Smith; and her brother Harry Kieffer. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Smith (Mary Kris) of Yorkville, NY, Joann Genovese (Anthony) of Gilbertsville, PA and William Kerth of Lady Lake, FL; her daughter-in-law Jade Smith of Petersburg, NY; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Kieffer. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association .
