He is survived by: his siblings, Joan Smith (late Arthur), Gloria Walbert, Barbara Mutter (late Carl), Edna Kennedy, Josie Sematis (Ernie), Ray Walbert Jr. (Linda Lee), Dennis Walbert (Anne), Joyce Jones (late Gary), Pat Eline (Bill), Carl Walbert (Doris) and Lynette Hoffman (Corey).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Spring City Veteran's Association (11 Independence Dr, Spring City, PA 19475) in Arthur's name.
