He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chuposka and Nancy Krolick Chuposka; his son Clifford Chuposka; and his siblings, Emil Chuposka, Mary Lynch, Ruth Chuposka, Olga Allen and Rita Scarbinsky.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Spaniard Chuposka; his son Doug Chuposka of Maizeville; his siblings, George Chuposka of Syracuse, NY, Theresa Chuposka and Patricia Ritsko; and his grandchildren, Ty and Brett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
