He was predeceased by: his parents, William Yashinsky and Mary Yashinsky (Berusky); his wife Theresa R. Yashinsky (Shimukonas); and his siblings, William, Thomas Yashinsky and Marian Drag.

He is survived by: his children, Donna Yashinsky, Janice Davies, Barnesville (Bruce Pascavage) and Dimitri; and his brother-in-law Anthony Shimukonas. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
