He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Keiper (Kroboth); his mother Jean E. Keiper (Jones); and his son Kristopher Keiper. He is survived by: his father Vincent G. Keiper Sr.; his son Vincent G. Keiper III of Pen Argyl; and his siblings, Barry Keiper of Catasauqua, Janice Keiper of Walnutport, Jane Hummel of Slatington, Peggy Miller of Walnutport and Susie Hoff of Walnutport. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
