He was predeceased by: his father Ronald L. Mackes Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Mackes (Smith) of Gilbert; his children, Hannah Elizabeth Mackes of Tafton and James Ronald Mackes of Tafton; his sister Terri Lynn Whitmyer of Andover, OH; his nieces, Lindsey Walters of Lebanon and Kristi Jones of Pen Argyl; and also Debra Daleo of Tafton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
