He was predeceased by: his parents, Putnam Chandler and Dorothy Webber (Stevens); and his brother Richard Webber. He is survived by: his former wife Dr. May Webber; his children, Dean Webber (Erin), Kim Karmazyn and Troy Webber; his grandchildren, Richard Moorehead, Meghan Webber and Dean Webber, Jr.; his sisters-in-law, Roberta Kelly and Patricia Stauning; his niece Roberta May Kelly (Rininger); and his nephews, Richard, Mark and Michael Webber.
In lieu of flowers the Webber family requests donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Wildlife Conservation Society (Bronx Zoo).
