He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Baker and Ruth Baker (Gubba); and his sister Barbara Baker. He is survived by: his wife Ann Baker; his children, Clifford Baker Jr. (Terrie) of Tom's River, NJ, Robert Baker (Loren) of Seaside, NJ, Bruce Deckert of West Simsbury, CT, Glenn Deckert (Cheryl) of Gloucester, MA and Mechelle Brown of Manchester, MA; and his sisters, Mary Campbell (Walt) of Upland, IN and Suetta Tenney of Maine. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
