She is survived by: her daughter Terri L. Whitmyer (Rick) of Andover, Ohio; her brothers, James R. Smith (Janice) of Philadelphia and John B. Smith (Kim) of Lewes, Delaware; her siblings-in-law, Marilyn Bradley (Jim) of Appenzell, Pennsylvania and Ralph Mackes (Donna) of Kunkletown, Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Lindsey, Kristi, Hannah and James; and her great grandchildren, Kyree, Aubrey, Rylee, Reagan and Ryann.
