He was predeceased by: his parents, Boleslaw and Apolonia; his sister Pauline Macarski; and his wife Maureen. He is survived by: his sons, Ben Jr. (Karen) and James; his stepdaughters, Rhonda Elsaesser (George) and Becky Cole (Tom); his grandchildren, Brandon of Dennis, J. R. and Leah; his nephews, Bob, Frank and Richard Macarski; and his close friend Sarah Zappola.
