He is survived by: his wife Joanne Hartzell Finnegan; his children, Lisa Finnegan Steffler-Nudi, Michael Finnegan (Martina) and Jonathan Finnegan; his grandchildren, Kayla Steffler, Shawna McCoy (Jaden) and Eric Steffler; and his great grandchildren, Caiden and Nicholai McCoy.

Family suggests donations to St. Barnabas Free Care Fund or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
