She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Bennett and Freda Duncan Bennett. She is survived by: her husband Herman B. Smith, Jr.; her children, Douglas B. Smith (Erin) of Gibsonia, Lynda K. Rizzo (Ron) of Palm Coast, FL and Karen D. Moore of Monroeville; her grandchildren, Stacy Lynne Moore, Gregory C. Moore (Tara), Conor L. Smith and Patrick B. Smith; and her siblings, Jeanne Evans (Charles "Abby") of Martinsburg, PA and Gary Lee Bennett of Valencia.
Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the Donor's favorite charity.
