It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Marie Hopper of Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, born in Parker, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 31, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Geortz and Mary Smith Geortz; her husband James L. Hopper; her brother Earl Geortz; and her niece Joyce Wimer.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Lokay (Rich), Diana Hufnagle (Bruce), Thomas Hopper (Janice) and Joy Hopper; her siblings, Claire Geortz, Lawrence Charles Geortz, Dale Geortz and Helen Dunlap; her nieces and nephews, Donna Russ, Sandy Dunlap and Lee "Bump" Geortz; and her grandchildren, Matthew Lokay, Richard Lokay (Vilmarie), Kayla Hufnagle, Jim Hopper (Anna), Amy DeStefano (Mike), George Tsounos and Jason Tsounos. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Family suggests donations to Bakerstown United Methodist Church or Hosanna Industries.
