He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Howe and Dorothy Howe (Gould); and his daughter Jessica LaCava. He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Howe (Neumann); his children, Deborah Custer, Tracy Howe, Patricia Ritter and Robert Howe; and his siblings, Richard (late Janice), Ethel Quinlan (late William), David (Joanne), Carol Rekowski (late Ronald) and Arthur Howe, Jr. (Betty Lou). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
