He was predeceased by: his parents, Royal Hiteshew and Mary Hiteshew; his wife Theresa Hiteshew (Majewicz); and his siblings, Marlyn Hayden (Jack), John Hiteshew (Dolores), Norma Trillow (Edwin), Mary Ellen Herr (Charles), Dennis Hiteshew (Nancy) and Audrey Downey (Anthony).
He is survived by: his sons, Timothy R. Hiteshew (Tina M.) and Kenneth E. Hiteshew (Elizabeth); his brothers, Royal Hiteshew and James Hiteshew (Barbara); his grandchildren, Jennifer Mittereder (Patrick), Robert T. Hiteshew (Li), Sean Hiteshew, Lauren Ketchel (Justin) and Kenneth E. Hiteshew; and his great grandchildren, Olivia M. Mittereder and Ava L. Mittereder. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
