He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Hoover and Betty Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Pat (Stack); his daughters, Beth McConchie (Kirk) of Leesburg and Jen Roupe (Jeff) of McCandless; and his grandchildren, Meghan, Daniel McConchie, Julia and Jordan Roupe.
