He was predeceased by: his daughter Diana; and his granddaughter Jessica. He is survived by: his children, Kimball Smith (Nancy), Pamela Knapp (Paul), Wendy Lent (Rob), Oravec and Steven Smith; his stepchildren, Susan Wisniewski (Robert), Roger Mann and Karen Mann; and his grandchildren, Kelly, Kyle, Kameron, Jason, Ryan, Jeffrey, Megan, Breanna, Connor, Andrew and Juli. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
