He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward McLaughlin and Emma O'Donnell McLaughlin; his wife Mary Foerster McLaughlin; his brothers, Roger McLaughlin (Jeanne) and Robert McLaughlin (Judy); and his nephews, William McLaughlin (Carla Osellame) and James Foerster.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Virginia Foerster Muth (Robert), Patricia Foerster, Rose Foerster, Georgeann Foerster and Lynne Foerster; and his nieces and nephews, David McLaughlin (Sheila), Cheryl Crawford (James), Paul McLaughlin (Megan), Patrick McLaughlin (Shelley), Carolyn Somerville, Charles Foerster, Raymond Foerster, Joanne Foerster McGowan (David), Mark Foerster, Patricia Loughran (John), Theresa Bogacki (Thomas), David Foerster (Cynthia), Karl Foerster (Tracey), William Foerster, Brian Foerster (Bridget), Raymond Muth (Dana), Maria Muth Koester (James), Mary Ellen Muth, Anne Muth Orlando (Thomas), Gerard Muth (Suzanne), Michael Muth (Lisa) and Peter Muth (Dina).
