He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Wiggins and Helen A. Wiggins (Sallade). He is survived by: his daughters, Judith Schnell (Tom) and Jill Wiggins (Robert Matthews); and his siblings, Thomas Wiggins Jr. (Barbara), John Wiggins (Bobbi), David Wiggins (Carrie) and Madelon Quinn (late Dan). He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
