Pauline G. Higie Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pauline G. Higie (Gibsonia, Pennsylvania), born in Bradford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 14, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gorman and Margaret McDermott Gorman; her husband William F. "Bill" Higie; and her brother William Gorman. She is survived by: her children, William Higie, Jr. (Anne) of Punxsutawney, David Higie (Gigi) of Pittsburgh, Ellen Bauman (Jeffrey) of Gibsonia and Jonathan Higie (Lisa) of Bridgeville; and her grandchildren, Sarah Mazurek (Eric), Mary Elizabeth Schmotzer (Mathias), Kathleen Manners (Paul), Alexander Higie, Matthew Bauman, Margaret Bauman, Kyleigh Higie and Benjamin Higie. She is also survived by six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial contributions in her memory be donated to the Bradford Area Library, 67 West Washington St., Bradford, PA 16701 or Futures Rehabilitation Center, Inc., 1 Futures Way, Bradford, PA 16701.
