She was predeceased by: her parents, James Walter Clever and Florence Belle Clever (Spangler); her husband Richard "Dick" Simpson; and her siblings, Donald A. Clever, Saramelda Lopez, Betty Jane Rupp and Peggy Wright.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda G. Hershey (Lee McCullough) of Valencia, PA; her stepson Jeral Simpson (Donna) of North Dakota; her grandchildren, Mark Simpson and Lori Simpson; her great grandchildren, Jake and Will Simpson; her sisters, Helen Master of Kittanning and Carol Delacour of Kittanning; and her granddaughter Sharon Hamilton.
