She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank DeLeonibus and Stella DeLeonibus (Kielbasa); and her brother Michael. She is survived by: her siblings, Anthony (Shirley) and Karen (Kevin); her nieces and nephews, Michael, Samantha, Nick and Olivia of Alyssa, AJ; and her great-nephew Grayson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Saints Martha and Mary Parish.
