She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Zasin and Anne Chepponis Zasin; and her husband George M. Bednarik. She is survived by: her sons, Edward Leo Bednarik (Lori) and Phillip George Bednarik; her sister Marian L. Willets; and her grandson Andrew Phillip Bednarik.

Family suggests donations to Good Samaritan Hospice.
