He is survived by: his wife Lenee Bullick (Pleva) of Gibsonia; his daughters, Lindsay E. Krajca (Kevin) of Plum and Lisa D. Bullick of Gibsonia; his granddaughter Adeline Bullick; his sister Rebecca Gebhard, MD (Dick); and his siblings-in-law, Andrew Pleva and Sherrie Hite.
