He is survived by: his wife Janet Mercadante; his children, Jerry Mercadante (Terri), Sheree Kohley (Daniel), Jeff Mercadante (Penny) and Marcy Perrygo (Christopher); his father-in-law Joseph McGarry; his siblings, Marlene Persi, Dennis Mercadante, Eleanor Gray, Clarence Mercadante, Dale Mercadante, Leah Rae Helm, William Mercadante, Rose Durkin, Judy Cheuvront and Joy Torbic; his brother-in-law Joseph McGarry; and his grandchildren, Dr. Julie DeVore (Ben), Daniel Kohley (Sherri), Michael Kohley (Brianne), Adam Mercadante, Kurt Perrygo, Trent Perrygo, Lauren Perrygo, Christina Jackman (Thomas) and George Pilafas (Francesca).
