He is survived by: his parent Marie Mularz Tacik; his wife Eloise Jackson Tacik; his children, Brian Tacik (Beth Mroz), Kevin Tacik and Amy Shine (Brian) of Ross Twp; his grandchildren, Olivia, Oscar and Emma; his brother Donald Tacik (Dinean) of Mansfield; and his nephews, John Ulmer (Jodi) of Buffalo and Steven Ulmer (Pia) of Seattle.
