She was predeceased by: her parents, John Derzak and Mary Shishilla Derzak; her husband Joseph E. "Joe" Stupak, Jr.; and her siblings, Martha Gavlick, Celia Radzwilka, John and Joe Derzak.
She is survived by: her children, Janice McNulty (David) of Mars and Joseph Stupak, III of Sandpoint; and her grandchildren, Rachel McNulty, Ashley Stupak, Lauren Stupak and Joseph Stupak, IV.
