He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin M. Taylor and Thurza L. Taylor (Hopwood); his siblings, John, LaVean and Adele; his former wife Marilyn Taylor (Morrissey); and his son Tedd Taylor.

He is survived by: his wife Victoria (O'Toole); his sons, Timothy (Marie) of Charleston, SC, Thomas (Tina) of Indiana Township and Todd (Ana) of Oakton, VA; his daughter-in-law Leslie Herron (Tedd) of Indiana Township; his stepdaughter Jill Maraden (Brian Hall) of Pittsburgh, PA.; his grandchildren, Alexis, Erin, Spencer, Chelsea, Connor and Ian; and his great grandchild Owen.
