She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Aduddell and Edith Aduddell; her husband Dr. Keith R. David; and her siblings, Ernest and Ella Belle.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin (Linda) of Springfield, MA, Jerry (Joy) of Roanoke, TX, Alan of St. Louis, MO and Philip (Julie) of Mars, PA..
