He is survived by: his wife Jackie Cummings (Clarke); his children, Marc Cummings (Amy), Cindy Cummings Ingalls (Scott) of Butler, PA and Dawn Wittmer (Dave) of Butler, PA; his grandchildren, Hillary (Dan), Stephanie (Steve), Austin, Chadd, Rachael, Meredith, Matt and Heather; his great grandchild Sylvie; and his sister Diane Landes of Collegeville, PA..
