He was predeceased by: his wife Mabel A. Miller; his parents, Howard Barlow and Leona Pickering Barlow; and his siblings, Elmer Barlow and Ellen Longo.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Barlow of Gibson Township, PA, Susie McLaud (Lynn) of Clifford, PA and Sharon Holdridge (Donald) of South Gibson, PA; and his sister Mary Jane Prebish of Dunmore, PA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
