He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Urda and Doris Brown Urda; and his brother Michael Urda. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Urda (Danielle), Mark Urda (Melissa), Megan Yannotta (Robert), Jacqueline Urda (Daniel Cooper), Tara Riley (Joseph), Brian Simko (Maria), Leah Simko (Michele Broskey), Stephen Simko (Sierra) and Jason Davis; and his siblings, Carolyn Barucky, George Urda (Gloria), Richard Urda (Linda) and Rose Gardner. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 1 great grandson.
