He is survived by: his siblings, Genevieve Utz, Margaret Sprankle, Kathryn Pottorff and Donald Cullison; his children, William L. Cullison, Jr., Annette Piper, David E. Cullison, Sue Ann Sawyer and Laura Beth McWilliams; and his great grandchild Lynn Bixler.
