She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustus Tolley and Rosalie Tolley; and her husband David Graham Richardson. She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Waters (Thomas); her grandchildren, Thomas I. Waters, III (Laura) and Laura E. Class (Matthew); and her great grandchildren, NIcholas R. Custodio, Natalie P. Uhlman (Jesse), Kerri A. Waters and Thomas I. Waters, IV.
