He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Earhart Tinsley; his brothers, Charles, Ward and Bill; and his nieces, Catheryn Brockett and Meg Brantley.
He is survived by: his son Tom (Christina); his grandchildren, Caleb and Kyra of Adamstown, MD; his sister-in-law Lois; his nephew Warren Paul Brockett (Molly); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Thomas, Marshall and Jefferson Paul (JP) of Severna Park, MD..
