He is survived by: his wife Michele Savage (Baldwin); his children, Timothy "Bo" Savage, Jr. and Kimberly Manuel; his stepchildren, Pam Whisman (David), John Baldwin (Stephanie) and Joe Baldwin (Laura); his sisters, Annie Sanbower and Jeanie Musselman; and his cousin Scott "Scoot" Rau (Missy). He is also survived by many grandchildren, one great-grandchild, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
