He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil R. Kelley and Ruth R. Kelley (Plank); and his siblings, Robert Kelley, Roger Kelley and Arlene Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Kelley (Hawbaker); his children, Charles R. Kelley (Susan), Gary L. Kelley (Jessica), Jennifer A. Chenault (Bobby), Scott A. Kelley (Nicole), Gregg A. Kelley and Allison A. Kelley (Craig Walk); his grandchildren, Meghan Kelley, Erin Price, Myckela Kelley, Peyton Kelley, Joshua Kelley, Alyssa Kelley, Cole Chenault, Summer Chenault, Jocelyn Kelley and Joel Kelley; his siblings, Nancy Reichart (Edward), Glenn Kelley (Rosemary) and Richard Kelley (Darlene); and his brothers-in-law, Dennis Hawbaker (Lisa) and L. Stephen Hawbaker.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Monahan Funeral Home (125 Carlisle St, Gettysburg, PA 17325). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
