He was predeceased by: his parents, William Russ and Evelyn Russ (King); and his brothers, William T. Russ and Donald E. Russ. He is survived by: his wife Jane V. Russ (Dean) of Gettysburg; and his son Darren Russ. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
