She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas W. Smith and Sara'Sis' Smith (Shaffer); her sister Kay Little; and her brother-in-law Tom Crist. She is survived by: her husband John'Jack'Crist; her children, Doug Crist (Amy) of Gettysburg and Jenny Vanasse (Jon) of Reading, Massachusetts.; her grandchildren, Carolyn Vanasse, Ben Vanasse, Marrin Crist and Lucy Crist; her siblings, Janet Berkey (Bob) of Gettysburg and Jay Smith (Daryl) of James Creek, PA; and her siblings-in-law, Dick Crist (Barb) of Wyomissing, PA and Sally George (Ron) of Alexandria, VA.. She is also survived by her family, including her many cousins and in-laws, nieces and nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Sally's memory to SCCAP (South Central Community Action Program), 153 North Stratton St., Gettysburg, PA, 17325.
