He is survived by: his wife Lois E. Starliper (Tate); his sister Stella L. Gantt of Houstontown; his daughter Marguerite Starliper of Bendersville; and his stepchildren, Wendy E. Slusser (Jude A. Slusser) of Aspers, Stephen E. Wolff of Gettysburg, Ronda M. Wells (Thomas Wells III) of Fayetteville and Shawn A. Fravel (Maura Fravel) of Maryland. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
