We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2024, at the age of 81, Ronald Eugene Doaks (Gettysburg, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Ronald Eugene may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ronald Eugene touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Doaks and Lillian Doaks; his siblings, Donnie Doaks (Harrisburg) and Kathy Williams (Harrisburg); his children, Tasha Doaks Pryor (Indianapolis) and Gerrid Doaks (Gettysburg); his grandchild Tarmon Doaks (Cynthia Folson Doaks); and his daughter Michelle Dixon of Waynesboro, PA. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and at 3:00 PM at the Monahan Funeral Home (125 Carlisle St, Gettysburg, PA 17325). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Gettysburg Recreational Park (545 Long Ln, Gettysburg, PA 17325).
