He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Elizabeth Cook (Miller) and Wayne Mowery Cook. He is survived by: his wife Susan J. Cook (Drenning); his children, Justin (Karla) of Washington, PA, Karissa (Shawn Schroyer) and Lacenda Warren (Matthew); his grandchildren, Joshua and Reece of Shrewsbury, PA; and his sister Liane Swanson of Bedford, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.
