Jewell of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, born in Pine City, Minnesota, who passed away on February 24, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Merton and Edna Ruth Mildred Jewell (Anderson); his brother Eugene B. Jewell; his brother-in-law Donald Oakes; and his brother Gerald.
He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Jewell (Jacoby); his daughters, Jackie Harrison-Jewell (Glenn) of Madison, WI, Kimberly Rae Jewell (Bill Schiller) of Truth, Amy Putkonen (Eric) of St. Petersburg, FL and Kristin Collins (Terry) of Sault Ste; his siblings, Janice Oakes, Charles Allen Jewell (Eileen) and Wallace Jewell (Dee); his sister-in-law Evie Jewell; and his children, Joseph Hill (Deb), Melissa Shank and Jamie Mellinger. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
