He was predeceased by: his parents, Harris S. Weaver and Stella M. Weaver (Olinger); his grandson Michael Weaver; and his siblings, Guy, Alfred "Sonny", Donald Weaver, Helen "Sis" Wetzel and Doris Noel.
He is survived by: his wife Millie (Miller); his children, Wanda J. Weaver (Stephen "Wally") of McSherrystown and William J. "Bill" Weaver (Joy) of Gettysburg; his grandchildren, Ashlyne Weaver, Derek Weaver, Madison Weaver and Mason Weaver; and his sisters-in-law, Jeanne Weaver of New Oxford and Vivian Weaver. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
