He is survived by: his brother Terry (Karen Powel) of Southbury, CT; his sons, Terry R. Powell (Robin Haller), Kevin Powell (Tracy) of Hyattsville, MD and Craig Powell (Rebecca Nelson) of Hanover, PA; and his grandchildren, Robert Powell (Laura) of San Antonio, TX and Chase Powell.
