It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert A. Kersten of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Kersten and Helen Kersten (Bowman); his wife Linda Kersten; his children, John Paul Kersten (Beth) and Sara Marie Kersten; his stepchildren, Tony Stocklask (Nikki) and Kerri Wise; his grandchildren, Melanie Rose Kersten, Owen Stocklask and Carson Wise; and his siblings, Donna K. McDowell and Richard A. Kersten.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the West Virginia Troopers Association, 210 Chesapeake Avenue, Charleston WV, 25311.
