He was predeceased by: his parents, Elliott Daniel Staley and Margaret Josephine Wetzel Staley; his former wife Joyce Karen Sanders Staley; and his brother George E. Staley. He is survived by: his wife Peach Etta James Staley; his sister Mary E. Flohr of Florence, SC; his sister-in-law Alice Faye Staley; his mother-in-law June James; his stepson Douglas C. Sanders; his son Robert Shane Staley (Crystal) of Florence, SC; his stepchildren, Jared S. Eisenhart (Laura), Jason S. Eisenhart (Christy) and Jessica S. Rebert (Matt); his grandchildren, Dan Sanders (Audrey), Angie Krapp (Doug), Kayla Bodkins (Tyler), Ryan Staley, Aaron Eisenhart, Colton Eisenhart, Connor Eisenhart, Mason Rebert and Curtis Rebert; his great grandchild Emerson Sanders; and his pet Molly.
